Internal Wellness Specialist

Job Summary
Partner closely with the Population Health Coordinator to plan and support wellness initiatives, assist in managing Personify Health challenges and engagement activities, and answer employee questions regarding wellness programs, rewards, vendors, and eligibility requirements. Coordinate the implementation, modification, and termination of wellness products and services while building productive relationships with vendor partners to ensure programs run smoothly and effectively. Serve as a trusted resource for information and guidance to help create a wellness culture that empowers employees to participate, engage, and succeed. This full-time onsite position in Anderson, Indiana, requires regular business hours Monday through Friday.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of employee wellness programs, health promotion initiatives, and engagement strategies
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build effective relationships with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Windows-based business software
- Ability to learn and utilize wellness platforms, CRM systems, and vendor management tools
- Must have the ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
Desired Qualifications
- A nationally recognized health, wellness, or fitness certification
