Job Summary

Internal Strategy and Process Consulting Associate II at JPMorgan Chase partners with senior leaders to transform organizational strategy and operating models, leveraging business transformation, data analytics, and AI to drive operational efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver sustainable value. Responsibilities include breaking down complex problems, leading workstreams, delivering executive-level presentations, conducting stakeholder interviews, mentoring analysts, analyzing and visualizing processes, implementing process-improvement initiatives with automation and digital tools, and owning end-to-end delivery across assigned workstreams. The role requires travel up to 10% and a proven track record in management consulting or process improvement, with strong analytical, client-management, and communication skills.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in management consulting or process improvement professional environment with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic business recommendations that deliver measurable results.
  • Proven ability to apply analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational issues along with strong client management and executive-level communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics, with experience in interpreting models and diagrams to communicate data requirements and assets.
  • Leverage AI, LLM (Large Language Models), and NLP (Natural Language Processing) tools to aid in providing actionable insights and innovative solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Experience in team building, with a focus on constructing diverse teams with varied experiences, skills, and backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in using digital process tools and AI systems to optimize operational efficiency and service delivery.
  • Experienced in creating presentations, both written and verbal, tailored for senior audiences.
  • Self-motivated and executes deliverables with speed and precision.
  • Ability to travel up to 10%.
