Job Summary
Senior Sourcing Specialist to drive candidate generation for hard-to-fill, aging recruitment projects by building and maintaining talent pipelines, executing targeted outbound sourcing campaigns, conducting market research, and delivering regular pipeline updates. Works within the internal recruitment team for Hunt St. and engages with recruiters and leadership to improve time-to-shortlist, reduce aging, and improve placement quality. Role is 100% remote from the Philippines as part of an Independent Contractor Agreement, aligning with AU business hours, with a retainer up to AUD 1,500 per month.
Required Qualifications
- Experience & Technical Skills: Minimum 2–5 years of proven sourcing or recruitment experience; Advanced proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search; Experience sourcing through multiple channels; Track record filling niche/difficult roles; Familiarity with ATS platforms (Workable preferred)
