Job Summary
Partner with the used car manager to generate and provide complete and accurate repair estimates, while advising on vehicle care and maintenance per manufacturer specifications. Establish and communicate repair completion times to customers and technicians, answer incoming service calls, and maintain service appointment schedules. Follow prescribed procedures for customer post-follow-up to drive return visits and increased sales, strictly adhering to warranty guidelines and manufacturer maintenance requirements. Manage repairs in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision, ensuring all customer, company, and manufacturer information remains secure in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to manage in a fast paced work environment with limited supervision
- Must have great customer service, phone and computer skills
- Must be a minimum of eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background & drug test)
Desired Qualifications
- Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is a plus
