Job Summary
Senior Program Management Specialist (CS Program Management) to design, establish, and optimize operational processes for Coupang’s Taiwan expansion. Lead cross-functional process innovation, develop scalable frameworks, oversee advanced data analytics and predictive models, act as liaison across departments to drive change management, and manage a portfolio of multi-phase projects including resource allocation, risk mitigation, and automation initiatives. Role emphasizes strategic process development, data-driven decision making, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end portfolio governance.
Required Qualifications
- Require 8 years working experience
- Proven experience in establishing and optimizing large-scale operational processes.
- Strong ability to define and use performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and measure optimization success.
