Job Summary
Internal Sales Representative focused on nurturing dealer partnerships to increase funded auto deals. Responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing growth with Independent and Franchise Dealerships across the US from our Las Vegas office. Role involves presenting company products and services to management levels, following up on leads, training dealers on proper documentation for fast funding, and maintaining ongoing dealer relationships via phone and email. Requires a high school diploma (college degree preferred or equivalent experience) and relevant sales/finance knowledge; office-based, full-time, with defined compensation including guaranteed minimum income and uncapped commissions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques
- Clear and effective presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques
- Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology
- Experience in Automotive, Finance and Sales (preferred)
