Job Summary
Source, research, and assess potential clients through approved databases and channels to uncover new opportunities. Establish and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders while guiding leads from qualification through relationship development to final sale. Research, identify, and nurture prospects by engaging them via telephone, email, and digital platforms in a professional, customer-focused manner. Support and execute lead generation programs aligned with marketing initiatives, ensuring all client information is accurately captured within the CRM. Track and evaluate metrics to enhance targeting, improve engagement, and increase conversion rates. This role requires previous experience in outbound telephone sales or business development, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to meet performance objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in outbound telephone sales, business development or a lead generation role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently engage prospective clients across phone, email and online channels
- Strong organisational abilities and a meticulous approach to daily planning, following procedures and maintaining accuracy
- A self-driven and proactive working style, with a demonstrated ability to meet performance objectives and contribute to team success
- The ability to use CRM platforms, databases and lead management tools
