Job Summary
Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings while assisting with adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs. Provide personalized care instructions to patients and support sales and follow-up to build relationships. Collaborate with Hearing Care Specialists to ensure treatment plans are followed and maintain patient records. Apply sales acumen and customer service skills to guide patients toward suitable products. Manage administrative tasks and supply orders with attention to detail in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields
- Interest in pursuing a career in hearing care, with a commitment to the licensing pathway
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
