Job Summary
Conduct patient screenings, ear impressions, and hearing aid fittings while assisting with adjustments, troubleshooting, and repairs. Provide personalized care instructions to patients and support sales and follow-up to build relationships. Collaborate with Hearing Care Specialists to ensure treatment plans are followed, maintain patient records, and manage administrative tasks. Apply sales acumen to guide patients toward suitable products and services in this fast-paced clinical setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or related fields
- Interest in pursuing a career in hearing care, with a commitment to the licensing pathway
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
