Internal Sales medewerker

Track orders from initiation to completion, managing end-to-end fulfillment while coordinating with production, logistics, and finance teams. Process customer applications and verify incoming orders against agreed terms before entering them into the ERP system. Maintain accurate customer data and product fiches, generating new items as needed. Prepare shipments, inform clients, and monitor deliveries. Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, complaints, and project feedback. This role requires a bachelordiploma or equivalent experience, strong administrative skills, and fluency in Dutch, French, and English. Retail sector experience is preferred.
