Job Summary
Internal Sales Person at Rexel UK responsible for managing existing customer accounts and developing new business to meet branch targets. Deliver sales service to customers over the phone, in-branch, or via email; manage a live portfolio, build rapport, and grow client portfolios. May support the branch team by serving on the Trade Counter and performing picking/packing to ensure timely order completion. Key behaviors include collaboration, accountability, and customer focus, with an emphasis on developing business through face-to-face and phone-based relationships and becoming the subject matter expert for customers.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer-focused sales or similar role
- Ability to manage live portfolio of customers
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, in-branch)
- Willingness to support trade counter and warehouse duties
