Job Summary
Internal Sales Executive role within a family-owned, established manufacturing supplier. Responsibilities include relationship management, handling enquiries, pricing, lead times, stock availability, creating accurate quotations and tailored proposals, and negotiating/closing orders. Must be confident, detail-oriented, customer-focused, with strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented approach; experience in a technical or engineering-led sales environment is preferred. Located at the Northampton head office with commutable access to nearby towns. Offers a salary up to £32,000 with OTE and bonus schemes, healthcare, and onsite parking.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a technical or engineering-led sales environment
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent communication skills across phone, email, and written formats
- Ability to prepare accurate quotations and tailored proposals
- Ability to negotiate and secure orders
