Job Summary
Manage internal sales for diesel fuel injection at the Parow branch by contacting customers via email or phone to advise on promotions and market product lines. Meet monthly sales targets while expanding business across the diesel pump room customer group. Assist the Product Development Specialist with product range expansion and introduce new diesel part suppliers. Visit main customers to maintain relationships and complete invoices or open COD accounts for counter cash sales. Update and release backorders, process claims and returns, and provide prompt logistical updates to the line manager. Requires a Matric certificate and extensive industry knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Possession of a Matric certificate
- Extensive knowledge of the diesel fuel injection industry
- Proven experience in sales in a similar role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
Desired Qualifications
- Trade Test and Training Certification in Diesel Fuel Injection (highly advantageous)
- Knowledge of the industry and products (advantageous)
