Job Summary
Manage the end-to-end quotation and order pipeline by preparing accurate, timely quotes and handling inbound inquiries to support field sales teams. Spearhead the implementation, optimization, and daily management of the company's CRM platform to track leads and streamline workflows. Provide administrative assistance, product information, and data updates to help close deals and maintain strong client relationships. Requires proven experience in internal sales or client-facing support with advanced Microsoft Office proficiency. The client is a premier equipment supplier to the agriculture industry.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an internal sales, sales coordination, or client-facing support role
- Prior experience working with CRM systems
- Capability to assist in rolling out a CRM platform
- Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
