Job Summary
Support the international sales team with customer-oriented activities, including managing and tracking proposals and order processing. Handle administrative and sales-promoting measures while collaborating closely with sales, application technology, and service. Maintain ERP and CRM master data and process customer complaints. Assist in developing and calculating technical system solutions based on customer inquiries. Ensure reliable commercial execution of customer projects. This role requires a completed commercial or technical vocational training, preferably with experience handling technical products. Fluency in English and proficiency with ERP/CRM systems are essential. The position offers technical products contributing to environmental value, a results-oriented compensation structure, and a supportive team culture within a flat-hierarchy organization.
Required Qualifications
