Job Summary
Inside Sales Consultant at Definiti responsible for driving revenue growth by cross-selling 3(16) fiduciary services into the existing client base. Partner with Regional Sales Directors, Client Success, and Implementation teams to ensure a coordinated sales approach and smooth transition of closed business. Key duties include identifying opportunities via CRM pipeline analysis, executing outbound campaigns, engaging financial advisors and plan sponsors, preparing proposals and pricing scenarios, leading prospects through the sales process to closing, and maintaining accurate pipeline activity and revenue forecasting in CRM. Remote-first role with expectations for a productive home-office setup, reliable internet, designated quiet workspace, and availability during local business hours. Requires a High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred; 3+ years of inside sales or financial services sales experience; familiarity with retirement plan services and CRM tools is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3+ years of inside sales, business development, or financial services sales experience
- Experience in retirement plan services, financial services, or related industry strongly preferred
- Familiarity with 3(16) fiduciary services or ability to quickly learn offerings
- Experience working with Financial Advisors, Recordkeepers, and/or Plan Sponsors is preferred
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred
