Internal Sales Assistant

Internal Sales Assistant to support trade and retail customers at CRS Glastonbury branch. Responsibilities include serving customers in person and over the phone, responding to sales enquiries, working with the sales team to achieve sales targets, developing strong product knowledge to advise customers, maintaining stock levels and keeping the sales area organised, building positive, long‐term customer relationships, using computer‐based sales systems (training provided), and supporting wider branch activities including stock control and yard support. Skills emphasis on customer service, strong communication, teamwork, basic IT skills, and a proactive, customer‐first approach.
