Job Summary
Internal Sales/Advisory Consultant at Nomura in Philadelphia, PA. Role involves representing Nomura’s strategic suite of public and private investments to financial advisors and RIAs through virtual meetings, phone, and digital communications; conducting proactive sales outreach to build relationships and drive sales; developing in-depth knowledge of financial markets, products, and competitive landscape; collaborating with external counterparts to achieve sales goals; maintaining client activity in Salesforce and ensuring compliance with policies and regulatory requirements. Required: Bachelor's degree, Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent), strong presentation/communication/organizational skills, and ability to travel 5-10%. SIE preferred with ability to complete Series 7/66 within 3 months. Travel may be 5-10%, and base pay range is $50,000-$70,000 with potential additional compensation and benefits; location-based terms apply for US employees.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Series 7 license and Series 66 license (or 7,63 and 65)
- Knowledge of financial marketplace
- Experience with sales of financial products (2+ years preferred for Associate)
- Strong presentation, communication and organization skills
- Strong outreach and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to travel 5-10%
