Internal Sales Administration TCH

Create quotes, capture orders, and manage invoicing and scheduling for the after-sales sector in the Swiss market. Independently execute customer orders for tools, spare parts, and software while handling both telephone and written correspondence with end customers and subsidiaries. Collaborate closely with the technical service department and product experts, assisting in the implementation of new processes. This role requires a commercial background with strong MS Office skills, with SAP knowledge and French language proficiency being advantageous.
