Job Summary
Internal Sales Account Executive (German-speaking) in Lisbon Hybrid, responsible for supporting commercial activity in the German-speaking market with a focus on existing customers, inbound inquiries, quotations, renewals, upgrades, and cross-sell opportunities. Collaborates with Account Managers, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Sales Ops to ensure timely, accurate, and professional commercial support; maintains CRM data, tracks renewal dates, and helps customers progress through renewals and product inquiries while identifying upsell opportunities. Must manage multiple requests, communicate effectively with customers in German and English, and contribute to customer retention and revenue growth within an organized, cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in internal/inside sales or sales support
- Experience with B2B customers
- Ability to manage quotations, follow-ups, renewals, and commercial requests
- Strong customer communication skills (verbal and written)
- CRM data management accuracy
- Comfortable working with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Support, Finance, Operations)
- Fluency in German and English
- Commercial awareness and upsell/cross-sell ability
- Experience with renewals, licence management, upgrades or subscription-based customers (preferred)
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM (preferred)
- Microsoft Office proficiency
