Job Summary
Internal Sales Executive — French Speaking in Lisbon, hybrid role supporting the French-speaking market. Responsibilities include handling inbound customer enquiries, providing commercial information, preparing quotations, managing renewals and upgrades, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring accurate CRM and order data. Collaborates with Account Managers, Customer Success, Support, Finance, and Operations to maintain smooth customer experiences, track renewal dates, and support pipeline reporting. Requires strong communication with customers, excellent organizational skills, and prior experience in internal/inside sales or B2B customer-facing roles. Fluent French and English are required; Portuguese a plus. Knowledge of SaaS/software and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in internal sales, inside sales support, account support, sales administration, customer success, renewals, or commercial customer service
- Fluency in French is required
- Fluency in English is required
