Job Summary
Lead alongside the Branch Manager in daily branch operations, blending hands-on internal sales with operational coordination, workshop workflow, and day-to-day branch support. Drive customer service via phone, email, and in person; manage counter sales, quotes, and orders; coordinate with the external sales team on key accounts; support inventory control, stock replenishment, and workflow prioritisation; assist with safety and compliance in workshop operations; act as 2IC and help oversee operational activities to ensure efficient, profitable branch performance. Emphasis on delivering prompt, professional service, coordinating with the Branch Manager, and fostering strong relationships across the store network. Knowledge of hydraulic hoses and fittings is a plus; proficiency in Microsoft Office is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in internal sales or branch-based sales
- Demonstrated ability to support or lead team operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and workflow coordination skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office tools
- (Desirable) Product knowledge in hydraulic hoses and fittings
