Job Summary
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle by posting jobs on iCIMS, LinkedIn, and Handshake, sourcing volume candidates, and reviewing applications. Conduct pre-screening via G2, schedule behavioral interviews with Senior Internal Recruiters, and ensure EEO/OFFCP compliance for all dispositions. Lead candidate outreach initiatives, campaign incomplete applications, and generate offer letters or background requests for entry-level roles. Work virtually with minimal supervision to support internal hires and transitions across assigned markets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Must be capable of establishing and maintain effective relationships with customers (virtually)
- Proven ability to perform in a production-based environment consistently
- Ability to strategize operational goals and provide ideas/solutions to achieve desired outcomes
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must be able to handle multiple projects, be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
- Excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills
- Telecommute
