Job Summary
Oversee internal quality assurance for Beauty Therapy and Hairdressing provision, ensuring compliance with awarding body standards, EFI Group policies and external regulatory requirements (e.g., Ofsted). Support high-quality learner outcomes by supervising assessors and managing the assessment framework at the London College of Beauty Therapy (LCBT).
Required Qualifications
- Recognised IQA qualification
- Relevant Level 3+ qualification in Beauty Therapy and/or Hairdressing
- Experience of assessing and quality assuring qualifications in the relevant vocational areas
- Experience preparing for and supporting EQA visits
- Knowledge of awarding body requirements and industry trends
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and lead teams
- Competence in digital assessment platforms
