Job Summary
Lead and manage end-to-end internal projects from planning to completion, including onboarding redesigns, system integrations, and SOP rollouts. Optimize processes that streamline communication, documentation, and approvals while managing tools for knowledge sharing and project tracking. Coordinate cross-team initiatives involving legal, compliance, HR, and finance workflows, monitoring KPIs for efficiency, delivery, and cost savings. Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and prepare retrospectives, dashboards, and executive summaries to track quarterly OKRs and ensure operational alignment. Proactively identify roadblocks and drive solutions to continuously improve internal processes. Fully remote with flexible hours; opportunity to shape internal processes and drive Agile transformations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Strong expertise in Jira
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Experience leading Agile teams
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong ability to anticipate challenges and act swiftly
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills
- Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Scrum Master certification (CSM) or PMP
- Experience in data center operations or compliance
- Experience in remote-first organizational structures
