Job Summary
Manage teammate callouts and cross-center coverage processes across 15+ locations while maintaining daily staffing trackers and center schedules. Resolve scheduling conflicts, audit schedules, and drive implementation of best practices to meet specified KPIs. Train new leaders on regional scheduling tools and processes, serving as a subject matter expert for all associated systems. Keep regional leadership abreast of critical staffing needs and collaboration gaps to ensure immediate access to care. Identify opportunities to improve regional tools and actively create solutions to enhance overall scheduling efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative / operational experience
- Must be available Monday-Friday 5:00am-2:00pm
- High-level of organization
- Time management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to oversee and coordinate teammate's schedules across multiple locations
- Ability to manage last-minute changes
- Ability to resolve scheduling conflicts
- Ability to collaborate with regional leaders and center leadership
