Job Summary
Physician Referral Intake Associate responsible for receiving and entering referral information from physicians into Salesforce CRM with high accuracy, completing all data-entry tasks within the same day per SLAs, and communicating with Physician Liaisons and referring practices to obtain necessary documentation. Collaborates with internal teams to ensure smooth referral management and performs additional administrative duties as assigned. Requires administrative experience, strong attention to detail, proficient CRM and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. May involve some evening/weekend work and occasional travel. Located in Texas, United States (onsite office environment).
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative support role or similar position
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support role or similar position
