Job Summary
Instructional Lead role to drive academic excellence by leading curriculum development, guiding instructional practices, and providing ongoing professional learning and coaching to teachers to enhance instructional practices and strategies. Collaborates with administrators and staff to implement the CRCSD Model of Instruction, develop and sustain college and career pathways, and support the small learning community model. Responsible for coaching teachers per Iowa Teaching Standards, conducting observations and providing feedback, facilitating professional learning communities, planning targeted professional development, and using student achievement data to drive instructional decisions and improve equity and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education, educational leadership, or a related field
- Iowa teaching certification
- At least 5 years of successful classroom teaching experience
- Experience in instructional leadership preferred
