INTERNAL ONLY Clinic Admissions Associate

Clinic Admissions Associate at ABC, the first point of connection for families beginning their journey into ABA therapy. Responsible for day-to-day administrative functions, document management, and internal/external communication with referral sources. Provides inbound- and outbound-support to prospective and current clients/families, becomes a subject matter expert on autism to explain how ABC helps children and families, and supports marketing and admissions activities for the operations leader and clinical leadership. Embodies core values (Learning, Team, Excellence, Caring, Fun) and demonstrates leadership and engagement within the center. Requires 1-2 years of administrative experience, a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred), and a passion for benefiting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and their families.
