Job Summary
Serve as the first point of contact for families entering ABA therapy, handling day-to-day administrative functions, inbound calls from prospective and current clients, and various admissions tasks. Develop subject-matter expertise on autism to help families understand services, support marketing/admissions efforts, and model ABC core values. Requires 1-2 years of admin/customer service experience and a positive, team-oriented attitude; High School Diploma or GED is required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
