Job Summary
Provide ABA training to newly hired and existing RBTs as part of ABC’s training program. Train, coach, model, and demonstrate ABA concepts and strategies per ABC curriculum; prepare new therapists to achieve BACB Initial Competency within an 8-day on-site training period; collaborate with VP of Training to plan ongoing, individual or small group RBT/therapist training at multiple ABC centers; post-training support and feedback; no caseload; full-time role based in the Chicago area (Glenview/Chicago centers).
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in ABA, working with children with autism
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable transportation
