Job Summary
Act as an on-site trainer for ABA-based RBTs, providing coaching, modeling, and demonstration of ABA concepts and training activities. Responsible for delivering the ABC training curriculum, preparing new therapists to achieve competency within an 8-day initial training period, giving feedback, and collaborating with senior clinical leadership to plan ongoing training across multiple ABC centers. Role involves full-time, on-site work with no client caseload, focusing on training and development of ABA therapists and RBTs. Requires strong communication, reliability, and experience working with children with autism; HS diploma or equivalent required; BCBA recommendations preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years experience in ABA or RBT
- experience working with children with autism
- mastery in ABA therapy and pairing with children
- recommendation letter from BCBA
