INTERNAL ONLY Behavior Therapist / RBT Trainer

Job Summary
Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing Behavior Technicians, uphold ABC’s mission for high-quality early intensive behavior intervention, and prepare therapists to achieve competency per BACB standards during an 8-day on-site training period. Responsibilities include coaching, modeling, and demonstrating ABA concepts; observing and giving feedback on skills; collaborating on ongoing training at multiple centers; and supporting post-training development without caseloads, all within a structured training program.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-4 years of experience in ABA with children with autism
- Direct experience as a Behavior Technician or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
- Mastery in ABA therapy and pairing with children (90% on RBT Evaluation)
- Recommendation letter from BCBA
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
