INTERNAL ONLY Behavior Therapist / RBT Trainer

Job Summary
Provide effective ABA training to newly hired and existing RBTs; train and groom therapists to achieve BACB Initial Competency within an 8-day on-site program; report to VP of Clinical Training and Program Manager; demonstrate fluency in ABA concepts, coaching and modeling of strategies per ABC curriculum; execute 8-day initial training schedule and post-training support; observe and give feedback on skills; collaborate with leadership to plan ongoing RBT training across ABC centers; work exclusively with the training team and not with a caseload; perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in ABA or RBT
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Reliable transportation
