Job Summary
Consult with borrowers on 1st Mortgage product options and guide them through the entire loan process from prequalification to closing. Originate applications, qualify borrowers, collect and submit loan file documentation, and coordinate with processors and underwriters to ensure timely disclosures and closings. Maintain communication with realtors and members, uphold RESPA compliance and loan-status transparency, assist with on-the-job training for new staff, and support LOS testing and project work as needed. Requires a Bachelor's degree, at least three years of secondary market origination experience, and an active NMLS/MLO license in PA.

- Three years' secondary market origination experience.
- NMLS/MLO - PA Dept of State
- Established sales experience with realtors, builders and/or affinity groups.
