Job Summary
Internal Mobility Analyst (Recruiting) is responsible for independently assessing internal applicants against job requirements, developing accurate postings reflecting role needs, evaluating candidate qualifications, leading interview debriefs, advising hiring managers, packaging feedback for internal candidates, managing relationships with internal candidates, collaborating with recruiters and leaders to service hiring managers, ensuring compliant disposition of applicants, and creating new processes to bridge recruiting and HR to deliver top-tier service. The role requires strong communication skills, experience with ATS (Greenhouse or similar), Jira or project management tools, and the ability to handle confidential information. Additional requirements specify the role is 100% onsite with relocation if not local, extended hours and weekends as needed, and ITAR considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of professional experience in operations, recruiting, or human resources
