Internal Medicine Primary Care Physician

Conduct outpatient primary care with no hospital work, managing a 4.5-day work week with minimal 2-3 days of monthly after-hours phone calls. Deliver comprehensive internal medicine services supported by in-house tech, maintenance, and administrative staff, utilizing EPIC EMR, Nuance/Dragon dictation, and DAX CoPilot AI for note building. Manage onsite lab specimen collection and waived testing, while coordinating courier transport for CLIA-licensed high complexity laboratory processing and performing EKGs and Holter monitors. Lead patient care through positive breast cancer and lung cancer findings using standing orders for imaging staff, with access to onsite x-ray and nearby CT, MRI, ultrasound, and mammography. Enjoy full schedule control over start/end times, appointment volume, and telehealth visits, supported by a primary assistant and float nursing staff.
