Board-eligible/board-certified Internal Medicine physician needed for a 100% outpatient practice in Great Falls, MT. The role supports an established cancer program within a multispecialty health system, with inpatient coverage provided by a hospitalist team and ED providers. The opportunity offers an optional 4-day workweek, 1:10 evening call, and collaboration with 3 physicians and 6 Advanced Practice Providers. Visa sponsorship (H1B/J1) is available, along with relocation assistance, sign-on bonus, annual performance bonus, and a transparent compensation structure. Ideal candidates are BE/BC in Internal Medicine, eligible for Montana licensure, and committed to high-quality, patient-centered care.
