Job Summary
Internal Medicine Physician needed in a mission-driven FQHC, caring for 20–23 patients daily in established clinic locations (Sacramento and Davis, CA). Schedule is Monday–Friday with only 1 Saturday every 2 months; phone call responsibilities limited to ~2 weeks per year. Opportunities for full-time or part-time work. Spanish language skills preferred but not required. Board-certified or board-eligible candidates welcome. Support teams assist with negotiation, licensing, and interviews. Clinic-focused role requiring compassionate, patient-centered care and adherence to evidence-based internal medicine practices in an underserved population. Salary range $230,000–$300,000 annually, with all-inclusive compensation considerations.
Required Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine
- Medical license in California (CA) or eligible to obtain
- Experience in outpatient primary care settings preferred
