Internal Medicine Physician leadership role in California with a 70/30 leadership/clinical split in a multi-specialty group. High autonomy in practice serving LAX employees and their families, with potential academic affiliation. Board-certified physicians, eligible for Licensure and credentialing support; Monday–Friday 9 am–5 pm schedule in a full-time position. Opportunity to contribute to a mission-driven, community-focused medical group and to negotiate a competitive annual compensation in the $360,000–$400,000 range.
