Internal Medicine Physician Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at State Prison in NJ

Conduct outpatient primary care for an adult incarcerated population during day shifts, managing acute and chronic conditions while seeing 15-20 patients daily. Perform patient evaluations and utilize prescriptive authority within established clinical protocols. Collaborate with NPs and nursing staff to support care needs. Provide call coverage on the second call on a week-long rotation from Sunday night to Sunday day, covering all facility locations once every two months. This assignment requires board certification and occurs at a New Jersey state prison offering outpatient services.
