Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services to adult patients (18 and older) Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, managing approximately 20 to 30 patients daily while accommodating scheduled and walk-in visits. Participate in required call coverage, including one late night until 7:00 PM per week and one Saturday per month. Maintain board certification, Medicare enrollment, and prescriptive authority to support the underserved patient population within this ambulatory setting. Credentialing is required with a timeframe of at least 60 days.
