Internal Medicine Physician - Multidisciplinary Clinic

Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop personalized treatment plans for adult patients in a multidisciplinary clinic setting. Manage chronic diseases and acute illnesses using evidence-based practices, while performing routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care. Coordinate care with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes, and maintain accurate medical records. Educate patients on health management and disease prevention. Requires an MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine and an active Michigan license.
