Internal Medicine Physician - MedStar Shah Medical Group

Provide patient care services on an inpatient and outpatient basis, including subspecialty consultations, follow-ups, and diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. Assist with the administration of emergency attending coverage and supervise staff while supporting professional and fiscal management of the practice. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies like the Joint Commission and optimize clinical resource utilization. Participate in a fair and equitable distribution of consults, surgical cases, and on-call responsibilities across nights, weekends, and holidays.
