Job Summary
BE/BC Internal Medicine physicians sought for 100% outpatient practice across Silverdale, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo clinics. Clinic operates Monday through Friday with a call schedule handled by telephone. Base salary range of $280,000 to $315,000 annually plus bonus potential. Physician-owned and physician-governed group offering a two-year guaranteed salary with productivity bonus potential and the possibility to become a shareholder after two years. Signing and relocation bonuses, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA options, vacation, CME, sick leave, 401(k) with profit sharing, life/AD&D, and long-term disability. Positions located in Silverdale, Port Orchard, and Poulsbo, WA (US).
