Job Summary
Internal Medicine physician needed for a 100% outpatient multispecialty group in Kitsap County, WA (Silverdale Ridgetop West, Port Orchard, Poulsbo clinics). Join a physician-owned/physician-governed team with a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule; hospital call handled by hospitalists via telephone and shared among IM and endocrinology physicians. Competitive base salary range of $280k–$315k per year with signing and relocation bonuses, plus productivity and signing bonuses, CME allowance, and eligibility to become a shareholder after 2 years. Comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, HSA/HRA, paid time off, 401(k) with profit sharing, and life/AD&D/LTD. The position emphasizes growth of a robust outpatient practice with full-time employment. Required Qualifications
- BE/BC Internal Medicine (Board Eligible/Certified)
- MD or DO with Washington medical license
- Ability to obtain/maintain medical licensure in Washington
- FTE outpatient practice experience preferred
