Job Summary
Internal Medicine physician needed for 100% outpatient practice across Silverdale, Port Orchard, or Poulsbo clinics in Kitsap County. Roles include Monday–Friday outpatient clinical duties with telephone call schedule handled by hospitalists. Competitive base salary in the $280k–$315k range with bonus potential, signing and relocation bonuses, CME allowance, and a pathway to shareholder status after 2 years. Benefits package includes health, retirement, vacation, CME, and more.
