Job Summary
Provide comprehensive primary care services in an ambulatory, nonprofit HealthPoint clinic setting, including independent and collaborative care, referrals, patient counseling and education on health maintenance, disease prevention, and follow-up, with documentation, triage participation, and minor outpatient procedures as credentialed. Maintain clinic productivity and quality standards, participate in policy development, audits, and quality programs, and ensure immunizations and licensure are up to date. Requires MD/DO, state of WA licensure, board certification/eligibility in family practice, and ability to manage complex medical information and communicate effectively with patients and care teams. Compensation is based on skills/experience; employment includes competitive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited school of medicine or osteopathy and completion of residency
- M.D. (Doctor of Medicine) or D.O. (Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine)
- Board certified or board eligible in family practice
- Maintain current registration/licensure as a physician in the state of Washington
- Proof of vaccination for COVID-19 is required, prior to start with immunization requirements as specified (MMR, Varicella, Influenza, TB QuantiFERON, Tdap, Hepatitis B) and related immunization documentation
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex medical documents; ability to communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
- Proficiency with computers and common software (Word, Outlook)
