Internal Medicine Physician sought for full- and part-time roles at GPHA to perform comprehensive internal medicine care including acute and chronic disease management, preventive services, and post-hospitalization discharge evaluation. Responsibilities emphasize population health initiatives, pandemic/outbreak response, and public health issues such as sexually transmitted diseases, viral hepatitis, and obesity. Telemedicine and in-person visits are available; inpatient services are not included.
