Job Summary
Outpatient Internal Medicine physician role in a physician-led primary care group within Endeavor Health’s Western Suburbs of Chicago (Addison, IL). Responsibilities include providing medical patient care through interviews, examinations, and treatments; patient education on wellness and prevention; coordinating referrals and follow-ups; ordering studies and documenting in EPIC; participating in quality improvement and teaching sessions; overseeing mid-level and nursing staff; and contributing to a collaborative, patient-centered care team. Requires an Illinois medical license or license pending and completion of an internal medicine residency, with board certification/eligibility. Compensation ranges from $220,000 to $366,000 with a 2-year salary guarantee plus a comprehensive benefits package.
